In order to power a multi-axis laboratory actuator, I am looking for power amplifiers (up 3A) which could be used with a DA board as PCI-6722.

Is there any suggestion for a suitable power amplifier  ?

Many thanks for your help.

Dear sir, On the National Instruments you will find Advisors which can help you to find compatible third party products with NI products.Although the NI 6722 is not a motor drive but a analog output board, the Motor Drive advisor may help you finding an appropriate device for your application. Please put some extra attention on the cabling.  Luckily for you the PCI-6722 has the same connector on the board as the NI Motor boards (which is the VHDCI connector).Maybe you already have the cable and connector block for the PCI-6722.  Depending the drive selected you may be able to connect the PCI-6722 directly to the drive, otherwise you will have to use a connector block as an intermediate connection point. You can find the moton drive advisor here: http://www.ni.com/devzone/advisors/motion/driveadvisor.htmAs these drive are mainly third party product, please study the datasheet of this third party product and check compatibility with your PCI-6722.You can also have a look at the website of GlobaSpecs: http://www.globalspec.com/
Based on your requirements you should be able to find the right product for your application here. Please don't hesitate to call your local NI branch for assistance. http://www.ni.com/contact.
